Is the hourly rate for one cleaner?

Yes. Our hourly rate is per cleaner. If we send two cleaners for your service - your regular service time will be halved.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes. Top to Bottom is insured for all of our cleaners.

Should any damage occur during your service - we will take care of it.

What are the benefits of hiring through your company over hiring a private cleaner?

Our cleaners are put through an extensive training programme so that they can provide a quality clean every time. They are covered by our liability insurance, and provided with products that are tried and tested to reduce any effects to your home over time.

Should your cleaner be unwell or on leave, we will find a replacement for you, meaning you won’t be left high and dry with guests around the corner.

How many hours will it take to clean my home?

This depends entirely on what you and your home require.

We have a two hour minimum for bookings. Should you wish to find out more about how long your clean may take - please feel free to contact us via the tab above. Or alternatively you can apply for a free estimate.

Do you send the same cleaner every time?

We try our best to send the same cleaner each time, however if cleaners are unwell or unavailable, we will replace them with a different cleaner.

Do you bring your own products?

We supply all of the products, cloths, sponges and mop for your clean. The only thing we require to be left out is a vacuum cleaner, or any wood polishing oils you may use.

We have a colour coded cloth system to ensure ultimate hygiene standards for your service, as well as avoiding cross contamination between homes.
